Kaye Cox: The Model

Kaye Cox is one of very few models under 5’9 who has created a fulfilling and inspiring modeling career for herself.

“Modeling for me is a little more than the fashion aspect. It’s about creating a desire and inspire…without speaking. Like a Geisha..or Charlie Chaplin even,” she says.  It’s about creating a desire…. without speaking. Modeling is her addiction because she can be different people with different attitudes, whether it be a sexy swimsuit babe or an adrogenous female. “I want people to FEEL what I am projecting.” Being able to transform, embody and emote different characters and relate to people from all walks of life is what drives her passion the most.

Whether on runways or on photographs, Kaye Cox’s presence is larger than life. She has walked in NYFW, LAFW, and Miami Swimweek for brands such as Acid NYC, Gucci

The runway is her domain….

Despite adversities, she’s graced catwalks for brands such as ACID NYC,  Jimmy Choo, and Roberto Cavalli and has been featured in several publications such as Vanity Fair, Ellements Magazine, and Modern Luxury Weddings. She’s nabbed the cover of The Alchemist Magazine, Picton Black Magazine, and was the leading girl in mega rapper Wale’s “Columbia Heights” video. (Beauty Campaigns Erika Chan Cosmetics, Illari Skin Care, Coomi Jewelry, Serabondy, Bad Boys III, Gucci) If you’re going love something, love it all the way through! she says. “I have a fire that burns deep in my should for this modeling thing. Most especially for the naysayers. The only thing I can say to them is to thank you for fueling my fire. The more you feed it, the more it burns, and that burning introduced me to other model paths!
